Dave Hallett, the principal trainer has been teaching this class annually (sometimes 2-3 times a year) since 2004. The course consists of lectures, demonstrations and hands-on practice in a supportive, caring, interactive environment. We use the high security Zoom Platform. We can still provide lectures, demonstrations, videos, Q&A as well as breakout rooms within Zoom for practice sessions. We keep our class size small (maximum of 10 students)
